1. Definitions

  • Company / We / Us / Our refers to Flexa ERP, a cloud-based business management software platform.

  • User / Client / You refers to any business entity or individual accessing or subscribing to our services.

  • Services refer to ERP software solutions including but not limited to:

    • Inventory Management

    • Sales & Purchase Management

    • Reporting Modules

    • Multi-Branch Operations

    • Accounting Integrations

    • Cloud Hosting & Data Storage

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. Service Access & Account Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly).

  • All payments must be made in advance.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in:

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Data Usage & Ownership

However, you grant us permission to:

  • Backup

your data for service functionality.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Server downtime

  • Internet outages

  • Force majeure events

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our ERP may integrate with external accounting systems such as:

  • AutoCount Accounting

We are not responsible for:

  • API downtime

  • Integration errors

  • Third-party service interruptions

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

  • Upload malicious code

  • Attempt unauthorized system access

  • Disrupt service infrastructure

Violation may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flexa ERP shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Data loss due to client negligence

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or incidental damages

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Terms are violated

  • Illegal use is detected

11. Modifications

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
